You have 4 hours from receiving the item to return your rental. Please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

If your rental does not arrive as scheduled, please remember that the delivery time and location are chosen during the ordering process. Should you experience any delays, promptly inform us. If the delay is due to the courier, notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action on your behalf.

We inspect each item that leaves our studio. We take pictures before the item leaves the studio. Should the item be damaged we require you to inform us in writing immediately or via WhatsApp.

Should you not be happy with the rental we will provide you with a credit note. Please contact us on WhatsApp or via email should you require a refund.

The mailer bag is provided when you receive your rental. Please keep this bag safe. The return information will already be provided on the prepared mailer bag. Should you lose your mailer bag, please pop us a message on WhatsApp and we will help you create a return.

Please DO NOT clean your rental. As part of your fee, we undertake to clean the item.

Under no circumstances can the item be altered. This will result in damages to the item and the full replacement price will be charged to your card.

TSX will allow on special request to collect and return from our studio. Please note this must be arranged in advance and only on availability of TSX.

We suggest a minimum of 2 days / 48 hours prior to your event to ensure timely delivery.
